Vic Lagina is a former adult film producer, director, and camera operator who spent over 16 years behind the lens of one of the most prolific production engines in the world—Brazzers/MindGeek. From 2004 to 2020, Vic helmed over 3,700 scenes for studios like Brazzers, Mofos, Babes, Wicked, and Digital Playground, working with more than 1,500 performers including top names like Nikki Benz, Phoenix Marie, and Shyla Stylez. Known for managing high-pressure sets and shooting up to 35 scenes a month across multiple crews, he brought precision and stamina to an industry built on performance.

But beneath the metrics and media appearances—including occasional cameos on The Howard Stern Show—was a man unraveling the illusion. Vic’s upcoming memoir, Filthy: The Rise and Pending Death of Vic Laja, strips back the fantasy to reveal the emotional cost of a life lived behind the curtain. Now on a path of radical unbecoming, Vic speaks with raw honesty about identity, intimacy, trauma, and the long road back to truth.
