In this episode I talk about the Gate 22 which guides the emotions and Gate 35 which fuels the thirst for new experiences.
Gate 22 is the Gate of Openness - Grace in traditional Human Design and the Gate of Surrender in Quantum Human Design. This Gate is all about the pressure to express feelings, but the feelings are always associated with the "mood" of the individual.
Gate 35 is the Gate of Change - Progress in traditional Human Design and the Gate of Experience in Quantum Human Design. This is a gate that loves to live fully and experience life to the fullest, always looking for something new.
With Gate 22 guiding your emotions and Gate 35 fueling your thirst for new experiences, their is no limit to what you can achieve. Use the energy that we are in so that you create more potential for your personal and business growth.

In This podcast I reflect on the importance of living life through each experience rather than the outcome of the experience.
As Humans we often do things so that there is an outcome. For example someone may want to meditate because it makes them feel better, or it makes their mind more clear.
What if you chose to meditate for the jy of meditation itself? What would the experience be like then?
There is no judgement in having desiring an outcome in the beginning because this gives most of us motivation to follow through to achieve goals and feel motivated to keep moving forward.This question or insight is for reflection only, without judgement in where you are at in this very moment.Change starts with awareness, and this is what this podcast is about - provoking change through prospective and opening the mind to something new.

Have you ever noticed that when you are focusing on external drivers in life that your internal peace suffers. Most of society focuses on love, validation and looking successful externally rather than turning inward. Most of us have been taught to make things happen, figure things out in the mind and look for love. What if we have it all wrong? What if all we needed was learn to love, forgive, accept and acknowledge ourselves first - before everything and everyone else.
If you have Gate 37 defined in your chart you have a theme in your life that is around boundaries. More importantly these boundaries are closely associated with family, friend, business partners and others in general. This gate is about learning to witness and honor you own personal boundaries so that you are pulling yourself out of peace to put others as a priority.
At first this gate can be difficult to contemplate and integrate because we often feel like "I am being selfish" or "I am a bad person if I prioritize myself". These are all conditions that we have been told we should be if we were to have a "successful" marriage or be a "good" friend.
I go into the dynamics of this gate and an experience that I have been working through for most of my life. This added awareness of this gate in my Conscious Jupiter is a gamechanger for me.

In this episode I go into the basics about the Types and Strategies.
Connecting to your Type, Strategy and Authority is the #1 way that you can connect with inner peace. Once you start experimenting with your Strategy and Authority your decisions are aligned and feel effortless. You start trusting yourself in making the decisions that truly light you up rather than making them from a place of "should" (which is scarcity).
There is no shame with being in the scarcity mindset (for now) because you are here, listening and opening your mind to something that may be different than you once believed.

The sun has moved into the Gate 37 in Human Design. This is the Gate of Peace in Quantum Human design™ and the Gate Of Friendship in Traditional Human Design.
The Astrological Sign associated with it is Pisces and the organs associated with it are the Kidneys and Pancreas.
The energy of the Gate is about either wanting peace (higher expression) or not wanting peace (shadow expression).
If you have this gate defined in your chart it means that there is a theme of emotional alignment and the need for peace in family, relationships and friendships. Take a look at which planet this gate is activated in. It will help you with even more awareness.
As always, you have all of the chart, even the areas that are "white" in the chart. This just means that the energy is variable and experienced in many different ways depending who you are around and who you are being in that moment.

One of my favorite things to do is dive into someone chart. harmony and I reflect on the open areas of her chart and how the pressure of getting things done or getting everything on the to - do list shows up in her life.
As a 2/4 Splenic Projector it is so important to prioritize her self-care practices so that she receives those beautiful invitations to respond to because this is her Human design Strategy. For her it was more difficult to step into the 4th line energy of "opportunity" through the network of people that are in her life. The 2nd line however she resonates deeply with.
One of my favorite insights that she shared with me was the play on words of "Self-Centered". I have heard these words growing up in a negative manner, but she uses them as "centered in the self". Meaning that prioritizing the self is what centers you in this life.

Harmony is a Certified Holistic Life & Business Coach, Breathwork expert, and Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. She is one of less than 20 women in the world to hold a recognized teaching Certificate from Mysore, India. She began traveling to East Asia in 2002 to study Buddhism and Indian philosophy. She’s founded two yoga schools in Canada and has been running her own yoga and coaching business for the past 20+ years. She’s taught workshops on yoga, breathwork, personal development and meditation in over 30 different countries. She’s the host of the Finding Harmony Podcast and has been featured in two anthologies on yoga, pregnancy, and motherhood in ‘Yoga Sadhana for Mothers’ and ‘Strength and Grace: A collection of Essays by Women of Ashtanga Yoga.’ Harmony is also a contributing editor for SONIMA online magazine. Harmony specializes in helping multi-passionate yoga professionals suffering from burnout, anxiety and overwhelm, restore their energy, let go of shame, and reconnect to their higher self and purpose, using tools of mindfulness, movement, meditation and breathwork.

Harmony has been a part of my life longer than she knows. She was one of The Level 2 Authorized Ashtanga teachers that I diligently followed and trusted in guidance in my practice.
She has always seemed like a "beam of love" to me. Her smile and her beautiful presence lit up the room every time she walked in and I knew there was something about her that i could not put my finger on - until I saw her Human Design chart.
Than it suddenly all made sense - her Incarnation Cross is the Vessel of Love in Human Design.The meaning of this cross is about self-love awareness, and pulling into the flow of love.
The beauty of this cross is that when someone with this cross crosses your path they may bring with them an awareness that shifts your course or pulls you into a powerful current.
Which is exactly what brings to this world.
