Hello Beautiful Souls,
In this episode I go dive into the importance of the awareness, integration and acceptance of the shadows in the Human Design gates. When the perspective of fear, lack of and "something is wrong with me" is shifted towards "this is part of what I am here to learn" the frequency changes. There is an acceptance and love towards the challenges in life and life starts to feel easier and more expansive.
I go a little bit into my deep seeded fear of inadequacy and how it has shaped my life today.

In this episode I get to chat with a beautiful friend of mine Laura Lee. Although I have known her for a few years and have even gone to Egypt with her I do not know a lot of her personal story. I am so grateful that we get to dive in a bit about her and what she brings to the world.

Over the past 11 years, Laura has championed women and girls to reclaim their voice and deeply embrace all parts of who they are to step into a sacred union of their fullest selves creating a ripple of freedom and impact in their lives, their families and their soul aligned work in the world.

Hello Beautiful Souls,
It is now time for that thought provoking question or idea, this weekly, short little audio to get you thinking.
My question has to do with the concept of time, when you think of time, there are two ways that people think of it. The first is that time is linear, and that we the ego driven person is walking or running through time. The second is that we are still and time is moving around us. So when you think of time, what is the concept that you most naturally gravitate to, and how can you become aware and open to the other perspective.
There is an experience that I have had before through my meditation, that actually gives me the experience of stillness and time moving around me. There are many times when I have a meditation practice in the morning the entire day feels easy, and I feel like I am just gliding through the entire day. I get everything done with no anxiety, no rushing.... everything gets done. And it's done with presence. If there's one concept that I would love for you to think about a little bit, or maybe feel into the body, we all know feeling into the body is where the magic happens.
What would it be like if the concept of time for you was... you were still and the entire universe was moving or surrounding you?

Hello beautiful souls.
I am so happy and excited to get Provoking Prosperity Podcast out into the world. I wanted to touch a little bit on why I chose this name.
I have Gate 39, which is named Provocation in my unconscious sun in my Human Design Chart. For many years, I spent all of my self- realization practices in my Conscious Sun, which is Wisdom in its highest frequency, and in the lower expression it is all about inadequacy.
This is something I worked on for many, many years because inadequacy was something that I struggled with my entire life. I always chose to go deeper into things, I had to be learning all the time, I never felt like I knew enough. When I realized that I had Provocation in the Unconscious I realized that this is something I had unconsciously run away from for my entire life. There were many times in life, that I would provoke people by discussing how I felt and sharing my perspectives. This is when I learned that it was easier and safer to just be quiet.
So I sat back, and I observed, and I saw things and I heard things, but I never spoke about them because I didn't feel like I wanted to have to defend myself. Now I realize that I have this unconscious energy I know that this is something I am here to put out into the world. Now I give myself permission to graciously and gladly provoke the uncomfortable for the people that are ready to open their minds to new ideas and new perspectives.
So this podcast is all about stretching into the uncomfortable. It's about looking at things in a new light. It's about having a new perspective or new belief created about something that you thought you knew for sure. I invite you to take in what feels right to you, and let what doesn't feel right to go.

Here is your Provoking thought or question of the week.
I use a reflection of real life experience of my personal yoga practice and how it has helped me view the world in a much deeper way. You may have a better understanding of the challenging poses that you see many yoga practitioners do.
Those poses that you just as "why" or "wow'?
It is because of my practice that I recognize the connection of these poses with real life experiences that happen in a daily basis. When you think of an experience that gets you upset or angry bring it back to that uncomfortable pose that the practitioner relaxes into.
